The newly developed 3 in 1 Color Doppler Transducer is designed to provide exceptional clinical performance and meet the widest range of clinical applications, including cardiology.
Originated from the Greek word “Triskeles” meaning “three legs”, the Triskell is a complex archaic Celtic symbol. The Triskell is said to represent the cyclicality of life and nature (life, death, and rebirth), but also forward motion, progress and especially movement. The association with the number 3 and its superior versatility make Triskell a perfectly fitting name for of our highly functional cardiovascular ultrasound device.
The Wireless Triskell 3 in 1 OTE-L/C/666CD Transducer combines Linear, Convex and Phased array ultrasound modes into one portable device. It is compatible with iOS and Android devices or Windows software, and provides qualitative and quantitative data on soft tissues, joints, nerves, muscles, internal organs and circulatory system.
The OTE-L/C/666CD Transducer is an extremely efficient POC ultrasound and is an essential device for any medical facility. It is lightweight, convenient, easy to carry around, and thanks to its intuitive interface can be used without previous training.
Cardiology: the device enables physicians to examine the structure and functionality of the heart and surrounding blood vessels. The Color Doppler function helps to assess the speed and direction of the blood flow, the pumping chambers of the heart, and the blood flow between the mitral valve and the mitral annulus.
Vascular Surgery: the device can help physicians to inspect the circulatory system and identify blockage of arteries or blood vessels and blood clots.
Intensive care and Anaesthesiology: the device can be used for cannulation of veins in patients with challenging vascular access. It can also help to identify epidural space and administer nerve blocks.
Obstetric and Gynaecology: the device provides real time images of the embryo or foetus in the uterus, and can help physicians to evaluate the baby’s growth and development and monitor pregnancy.
Urology: the device can help physicians to assess fertility issues and blood flow in certain pelvic organs. It can also help to evaluate the health of the kidneys, ureters, and bladder, and to detect anomalies in the urinary tract or urological conditions.
