Production Description

The Super-Linear OTE-L400CD Wireless Ultrasound Transducer has a wider footprint compared to the average linear transducer, and features a linear array of 256 elements with a frequency range between 7,5 – 10 MHz. It offers an excellent image quality and a depth of field of up to 100mm, and is suitable to perform both breast and hip joint screenings. A plastic surgeon can use the Super-Linear transducer for the preoperative planning of lymphaticovenous anastomosis, and also to offer breast reconstruction options tailored to the patient’s individual needs and suitability for particular techniques, such as:

The transducer enables the physician to examine the integrity and rotation of breast implants, and to diagnose anaplastic large cell lymphoma associated with breast implants. Furthermore, the Super-Linear OTE-L400CD Wireless Ultrasound Transducer can be very useful to examine breast mass and can provide very precise qualitative and quantitative data, which can allow the physician to assess the variation of the fat tissue following breast and buttock manipulation. The device is also helpful to assess fat volume loss after non-invasive fat reduction treatments, including Cryolipolysis.

It is the Evolved probe of the standard Linear Probe OTE-L200CD, it has a much larger head able to accommodate 256 elements (it is the probe with more piezoelectric crystals that the manufacturer SONOSTAR Technologies has been able to design), which translates into an imaging resolution even more satisfactory. 

The diagnostic targets are the same as for the standard Linear probe, as well as for healthcare professions.

This probe is preferred by Senologists due to the scanning aperture and computing power offered.
