Model Name: OTE LINEAR COLOR DOPPLER Code assigned by the manufacturer: UPROBE-L6CProgressive System Model: OTE-L200CDDescription: OTE Wireless Probe Linear model for Emergency/Fast/ Anesthesia/ Resuscitation applications.Range of Use: Soft Parts(2-10 cm) / Vascular
Product Description
Thanks to its compact design, the Linear OTE-L200CD Wireless Ultrasound Transducer is lighter and more manageable compared to similar devices, and has been engineered to meet your clinical and operational challenges. The OTE-L200CDis a linear transducer with a wider footprint compared to other devices, and this makes it ideal for a broad range of applications. It is well suited for musculoskeletal pathology (tendons, bones and muscles) and soft tissues.
It is used to diagnose tendinitis, ligament sprains or tears muscle injuries, joint conditions and traumas. It is also an excellent non-invasive screening device for breast imaging and is complementary to mammography. It is useful for early breast cancer diagnosis and can be used to detect breast abnormalities such as cysts, fibroadenomas, skin thickening and abscesses. Ultrasound of the breast is also proven to be more accurate than mammography in women with dense breast tissue. The transducer has a frequency of 7,5 – 10 MHz; it is easy to operate and provides new levels of efficiency, physician comfort, and patient safety to your medical facility.
The wireless transducer is not only a diagnostic device, but can also be used for ultrasound-guided blood sampling as well as ultrasound-guided cannulation and venepuncture. The device will help you achieve precise results with higher success rate in comparison with the traditional techniques. The OTE-L200CD offers increased safety and easier infection control measures. The transducer is powered by a long lasting battery, which offers up to 3 hours of continuous scan time (90 uses).
